This month, I had the unique pleasure of being interviewed by a client for her Substack newsletter, Journal Your Path. As part of our conversation, I explored one of her journaling prompts: If you had to pack your life in one weekend, what would you bring?
The exercise caught me off guard. After setting aside the essentials—passport, birth certificate, key documents—everything else I wanted to bring was deeply sentimental. My journals. Old photo albums. A worn teddy bear. A few favorite books in French. And my jewelry—not for its monetary value, but for the memories it holds.
It was a meaningful reminder that in our work as organizers, the things we keep often carry emotional weight. And those are always the hardest to let go of. Stay tuned for Part 2 of Journal Your Path, which covers sentimental items.

NEWSLETTER - Apr’25
April always seems to catch me off guard. One minute I’m doing 1,000-piece puzzles, still in winter mode—and the next, I’m juggling overlapping commitments and wondering where the month went.
When life speeds up, the smartest thing to do is slow down. Breathe. Clear a surface. Break it down: brain dump, prioritize, time block, and sync calendars so chaos doesn’t come knocking.
This month, I’m leaning into tools and routines that help busy families create more flow—and more calm. Little things that make a big difference. No need to overhaul your whole life. Just start with one drawer, one routine, one day at a time.

IMarch rolls in with International Women’s Month and the buzz of spring, and it reminds me of Marie Kondo’s simple question: “Does it spark joy?” Her philosophy inspired my own journey into professional organizing, where I aim to lift the weight of clutter and bring smiles to my clients' faces.
This March, let’s leap into organizing with a spring cleaning spirit. Reward yourself with a spring bouquet to add color and joy into your home. Here’s to creating spaces that make us happy and proud!
